"My dear, you misunderstand. I am not like the horrid Chrysalis hive. Not at all. I do not steal my sustenance from you ponies. I despise the thought of having to rob a pony in order to earn their love. I could easily do so, however, I am no monster. Though many seem to hate Changelings, and with good cause, I want to earn their trust. With trust comes love, and with the true love of that caliber, it will taste sweeter than honey is to you. Now, if you do not mind, I would like to kindly ask you not to call me an 'it', a 'thing', a 'monster', or a 'stupid bug'. I am none of these things. However, if you wish for me to be a monster, then go right ahead. Call me names. Humiliate me. Make me angry. Make my day, little pony. For you will see the reason of why my hive is called the Conniption. However, one more thing I must add, throughout my anger and rage, I won't kill you. The reason being... blood only makes me hungrier."
